The easiest way to lose weight is to simply change your diet and start exercising more! Try and reduce your consumption or processed/fried/sugary foods and increase your consumption or fruit, veg, nuts, fish, lean meat and whole grains
Also do cardio like running or a sport to reduce the appearance of cellulite
However, remember that what’s sexy is confidence. If you love your body now and are confident in it, then no-one can take that away from you. If you don’t love yourself now, why do you think you will when you’re 10kgs lighter? And if your partner has a problem with it, then they aren’t worth your time and attention xxx
